Maximize your engagement and exposure with exclusive sponsorship enhancements. A sponsorship package is required to select an add-on.

Premium Exclusive Sponsorships

  • Trade Show Sponsorship - $10,000
    Be recognized as the host for a 3-hour event presented by your company.
  • Welcome Reception Sponsorship - $10,000
    First impressions last! Create an impact from the beginning. Prominent signage and recognition during reception. Includes stage recognition.
  • Finale Night Sponsorship - $10,000
    Provide attendees with a night they won’t forget. Prominent signage and recognition during the closing event. Includes stage recognition.
  • Foundation Sponsorship - $10,000
    Sponsor our primary Foundation fundraising activity. Align your company's community support with ours by sponsoring our fundraising during the conference. *This sponsorship fee may be tax-deductible to the exent allowable*

  • Meal sponsorships - $5,000
    Engage in food and conversation with attendees. Includes prominent signage/logo placement at selected meal.
  • Lanyard Sponsorship - $7,500
    Your logo co-branded on the conference lanyard. *Available only to sponsors at the Gold level or above*
  • Registration swag bag Sponsorship - 5,000
    Your logo co-branded on the registration bag. *Available only to sponsors at the Gold level or above*
  • Room Key Sponsorship - $5,000
    Your logo co-branded on room keys or sleeves (based on what the venue allows).
  • Hydration Station - $5,000
    Unique beverage options changing daily inside general session. *Discuss ways to enhance this opportunity with our sponsorship team! (*Combine with below "cup" sponsorship for double the impact!)
  • Beverage "cup" Sponsorship - $5,000
    Put your company logo on our Conference "cup" - whether it's a Yeti, Stanley, etc., we'll coordinate with you to offer a souvenir that's certainly to be reached for time and again even after the conference ends! This fee is for the sponsorship only - production of the cup is an additional cost or we can utilize cups from your company if you already have them in stock. (*Combine with above hydration station sponsorship for double the impact!)
  • Waste and recycling sponsor - $5,000
    It's a fact - events create waste and require recycling. We are committed to sustainability, and you can demonstrate your commitment too! Your sponsorship will be featured in digital and print signage and on the event app. *This sponsorship can be enhanced with branding wraps on waste containers throughout the space, or custom pop-up recycling bins.
  • Cabana Sponsorship - $5,000
    Sponsor renting a cabana(s) for convention attendees to engage with you and your company in a more personal relaxed setting.
  • Award Sponsorship - $5,000
    Build awareness around your company by being featured in presenting an award.
  • Breakout Sponsorship - $5,000
    Opportunity to provide educational content to our franchise owners. *Subject to approval* Topics to be confirmed in August. Content to be finalized by September 9, 2024.
  • Break sponsorships - $3,000
    Sponsor a much-needed energy boost between sessions. Includes prominent signage/logo placement at selected function.
  • Specialty Cocktail Sponsorship - $2500
    Create a buzz for your company! Have a cocktail named after your company to welcome guests during registration, welcome night, or Gala/final night.
  • Pen Sponsorship - $2,500
    Your logo co-branded on conference pens in swag bags and/or at General Session - provide your own branded pens or we will work together to order (cost of production is additional).
  • Notebook Sponsorship - $2,500
    Your logo co-branded on notebooks in swag bags and/or at General Session - provide your own branded notebooks/pads or we will work together to order (cost of production is additional).
  • Raffle Sponsorship - $2,500
    Sponsor a 50/50 raffle to help raise funds for the Charitable Foundation.
  • Post-Convention email - $2,500
    Keep the engagement post-conference by taking the opportunity to send a wrap up email after an amazing week of making in person connections.
  • Hat Sponsorship - $2,500
    Sponsor our conference hat - work with our team to create a hat of choice based on location or theme - baseball hats, beach hats, cowboy hats are all on the table! Provide your own branded hats if you have them in stock, or we will work together to order (cost of production is additional).
  • Conference App sponsorship - $1,500
    Prominent branding on mobile app and recognition as App sponsor in signage and communications.
  • Daily Convention Notifications - $1,500
    Communication and consistency are key! Take advantage of the opportunity to send push notifications to convention attendees by sponsoring the daily notifications via the convention mobile app.
  • Pre-Convention promo emails - $1,000
    Create visibility for your company and get attendees excited to see you. Include any attachments, links, and/or videos in all pre-convention emails.

As a guest of the Maaco Convention, you are responsible for booking your own accommodations. A group rate of $299/night + $29/night resort fee + taxes has been secured and available to book direct with the hotel. The deadline to book rooms is October 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM eastern time. Pre and post stays are based on availability at the time of booking.

You will receive the hotel booking link in your confirmation email.
A confirmed convention sponsorship is required to book hotel reservations.


We are pleased to announce that we have negotiated discounts for travel to/from the Maaco Convention on Southwest Airlines. Travel discounts are valid for travel dates between 11/7/24 – 11/20/24 for travel to the following airports: Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Miami (MIA), or Palm Beach (PBI). Come by the Foundation booth during the tradeshow to make donations, purchase merchandise and learn more about giving initiatives your shop can be a part of throughout the year!

With a $25 donation to the Foundation, attendees are invited to entertain the crowd during Friday evening's tradeshow and dinner!

 

MAACO GIVES BACK | Saturday November 16th | 10:00am – 12:00pm
 
 

Join the Maaco Team as we give back to the local community.
Registration fees will support the Maaco Heart Fund.
Charity kits & builds will benefit local non-profit organizations.

Donations received by Maaco Foundation are administered by Driven Brands Charitable Foundation (DBCF), a recognized 501(c) (3) non-profit organization. All net fundraising efforts from this event, unless otherwise stated above, will benefit the local Make A Wish Chapter.
